About AEO test
AEO test helps website owners understand what search engines and AI tools can read from their pages, with evidence they can inspect and fixes they can act on.
What the app does
Enter a public URL to run 53 checks across answer readiness, structured data, AI crawler access, technical SEO, content, and performance. Each finding explains what was observed and why it may matter. The tool is free to use and does not require an account.
How to use your report
Start with the recommended fixes, then inspect the evidence for each check. Some suggestions apply only to articles or particular page formats; use your page’s purpose to decide what to change. A tool homepage does not need an article’s word count, publication date, or FAQ section.
We inspect one page’s returned HTML and supporting files. Scores are a guide to observable signals, not a guarantee of rankings or citations in AI answers. Read how scoring works for the checks, limits, and primary references.
Sharing reports and data
Reports can be shared by link and are retained for 30 days. Anyone with a report link can view it. We store findings and small evidence excerpts, rather than the full fetched HTML. Use public URLs and avoid private or signed links.
